With all entrants accounted for, the 2021 World Series of Poker $10,000 Main Event No-Limit Hold’em World Championship can boast a grand total of 6,650 participants, building a gigantic prize pool of $62,011,250!

Exactly 1,000 of the remaining 2,365 players will snag themselves a cash prize, starting at $15,000 for those finishing in 829th through 1,000th places, rising to a life-changing $8,000,000 for the player that captures the title of WSOP Main Event Champion 2021.

Today’s second Day 2 of this year’s Main Event saw the players who made it through Day 1C, Day 1E and Day 1F sitting down and grinding their way towards a Day 3.

The field was smaller than yesterday’s 2,900 players for Day 2ABD, but even still over 1,800 had chips in front of them at the start of play today, with 922 making it through the very last hand.

As with yesterday’s Day 2, there was heaps of action and a few gigantic stacks emerged, with Miami’s own Conrad De Armas bagging up the most with 744,000 chips, enough to see him into Day 3 as the overall tournament chip leader.
